Learn · Play · Grow · Thrive

We are not minding children. We are building future leaders.

Little Toddlers follows a holistic approach to early childhood education. By exposing children to different environments and varied learning experiences, we help them explore their own self-awareness and make sense of the world around them.

The years before big school are the years that matter most. Confidence, curiosity, language, focus and the simple belief that “I can try this” are all built here — long before a report card ever appears. Every activity on our timetable has a purpose behind it, even when it looks like nothing more than paint on the hands and mud on the shoes.

By the time a child leaves us, they are not just ready for Grade R. They are ready to raise a hand, ask a question, work with others and take on something new without being afraid of getting it wrong. That is what we mean by growing future leaders.

Our mission & vision

How we grow them

Six things every child takes with them

These sit underneath every programme, every age group and every single day on the timetable.

Confident communication

Show and tell, morning ring and daily conversation teach children to speak up, listen properly and be understood.

Independent thinking

We ask questions instead of handing over answers, so children learn to reason, test ideas and back themselves.

Working with others

Sharing, taking turns, resolving a squabble fairly — the first real leadership skills any of us learn.

Early literacy & numeracy

Letters, sounds, counting and patterns introduced through play, so school readiness arrives without pressure.

Resilience

Towers fall over. Puzzles are hard. We let children sit with that and try again — that is where grit comes from.

Kindness

The one thing we will never treat as optional. Clever is good. Kind and clever is what we are aiming for.
